Question 1

Do I need to know QuickBooks?

Accepted Answer

No. We manage the entire system for you. Our certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors configure your chart of accounts, categorize fuel and maintenance transactions, reconcile bank and factoring statements, and deliver clean, finished financial packages directly to your dashboard without you needing to touch the software.

Question 2

How does IFTA filing work?

Accepted Answer

We connect directly to your ELD (like Motive, Samsara, or KeepTruckin) and your fuel card provider (Comdata, EFS, Fleet One). Every quarter, we calculate state-by-state mileage, match gallons purchased, prepare the return, and submit it before the state deadline so you never pay penalty fees or risk license holds.

Question 3

How do you handle factoring advances and fees?

Accepted Answer

We reconcile gross freight rates against factoring advances (typically 95-98%), factoring reserve holdbacks, wire processing fees, and chargebacks. Every freight invoice is balanced to the penny so you always know where your money went.

Question 4

Can you handle multiple trucks and owner-operators?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide per-truck P&L tracking for small fleets from 1 to 25 trucks. Each tractor is assigned a distinct tracking class in QuickBooks, allowing you to compare revenue per mile and maintenance costs per VIN unit.

Question 5

What if my books are behind by several months?

Accepted Answer

We offer full catch-up bookkeeping services. We can reconstruct your books from bank feeds, factoring statements, and fuel reports, bringing you current and audit-ready in days, not months.
